Refund policy Exchange Policy: We do allow for an item to be exchanged in the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We must be contacted within 2 business days of you receiving your item(s) & the item(s) must be sent back to us via USPS with tracking within 5 days of delivery. Items must be returned with tags (if it applies), in new condition. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and will not be refunded. You will need to return the item(s) to the return address on your package. We do have items that cannot be returned for sanitary purposes: Wigs, hair accessories, undergarments, body suits, & bathing suits.
