We must be contacted within 2 business days of you receiving your item(s) & the item(s) must be sent back to us via USPS with tracking within 5 days of delivery. Items must be returned with tags (if it applies), in new condition. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and will not be refunded. You will need to return the item(s) to the return address on your package.
