- We accept return/refund requests of unworn items with original tags, a “do not remove” tag, and packaging with the barcode label.
- The item is different from the description (including size)
- The item has defects (damaged or with poor quality)
- The item is missing or not the item you/your clients has ordered
- We will waive your return fees depending on each situation.
