How long does it take for you to process an order?


Orders are processed within 1 - 4 business days from Monday to Friday only.  Processing includes payment and order confirmation and packing for shipping via USPS or UPS.  Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How quickly are the items shipped?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day you place your order, and delivered within 5-7 business days from the day you place the order. Once you the order is shipped you will get a confirmation email with tracking info. Shipping info

Are your items used?
Everything we sell is 100% brand new, never worn, used or damaged.

How often do you receive new items?
Our inventory changes very fast because items sell out quick, new items are added about 3 to 4 times a week.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within USA only.

Do you take orders over the phone?

We could as long as you are able to send us all information needed at the time of phone order, such as State Issued ID., Physical & Mailing address (which has to be the same location), Credit card you will be using to pay has to match your ID + Physical Address/Information.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

How do I check the status of my order?

An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped, with your tracking information. Or follow this link https://www.annmoreproducts.com/pages/track-the-order to check on the status of your order at anytime.

You can also check your order through UPS, USPS by your tracking number.

When will you ship my order?
Orders are usually shipped 1 or 2 or 2-5 business days after an order has been placed from Monday to Friday only. 

It has been more than 2 or 5 business days, why is my order still processing?

Due to Covid we could have some issues with orders being backed up (which hasn't happened yet) or issues with shipping company being late with pickup for delivery. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped in the United States. Unfortunately, we are not able to control shipping delays caused by the carrier service. So we ask for your patience.

Can I pay for faster shipping?

No. we are not able to offer any additional shipping options at this time.

Do you ship to APO/FPOs?
No we do not. 

Do you have any physical stores?
We are exclusively online only. We do not have any physical retail storefronts.

We are located in Los Angeles, CA - all orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA

Do you restock items?

Yes we restock items minimum twice a week. You can view restocked items under the RESTOCKED POPULAR ITEMS category

How often do you add new items?

New items are added every week, we add close to 100 - 200 new styles weekly.

What about if I want to do a return?

Is your merchandise true to size?

Yes. Our clothing are true to size but, please always check the size chart if the product shows a size chart.
What is the return/refund policy for the wall art, flowers & chocolates?

Shop On In doesn’t accept returns for any reason for our wall art, flowers & chocolates. We will refund the price you paid or replace any product that failed to arrive or that was damaged in transit (picture evidence may be required).
