We do not officially support shipping to any other country than the US just yet and plan to do it soon.

We are currently shipping to:
- All 50 states within the U.S. including PO Boxes.
- All APOs/FPOs and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of the package delivery date. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our shipping departments part.

- Once the return is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow Shop On In 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
Yes our items are true to size. We source our items from local manufactures based out of mostly in LOS ANGELES, CA – so the items we carry are manufactured for the USA MARKET and are true to size & good quality.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check your order through UPS, USPS by your tracking number.
When will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day you place your order. Due to Covid we could have some issues with shipping company being late with pickup for delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Within 5-7 business days from the day you place the order.. Unfortunately, we are not able to control shipping delays caused by the carrier service. So we ask for your patience.
Do you ship to APO/FPOs?
No we do not.
Do you have any physical stores?
We are exclusively online only. We do not have any physical retail storefront.

Yes we restock items everyday.
Do you take orders over the phone?
We could as long as you are able to send us all information needed at the time of phone order, such as State Issued ID., Physical & Mailing address (which has to be the same location), Credit card you will be using to pay has to match your ID + Physical Address/Information.
